At GLD Products, we stand behind the quality of our sports gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
